Children First Foundation is a Victorian-based charity that believes every child is entitled to excellent medical treatment regardless of where they were born or where they live. Through our Miracle sMiles Program, we enable life-changing surgery in Australia for disadvantaged children from developing countries.
You may be familiar with Nima and Dawa, the formerly conjoined twins from Bhutan? Children First Foundation is the organisation that brought the girls and their Mum to Australia for Nima and Dawa’s life-saving separation, and five months of treatment and care.
Children First Foundation works in partnership with exceptional surgeons, health professionals and hospitals who provide first-class surgery and medical treatment. We also partner with in-country personnel and international not-for-profit organisations such as Interplast Australia and New Zealand, ROMAC, No Roads Foundation and AACHOL Trust who refer children to us.
We are a small team doing a big job, hence the Finance Manager's role is pivotal to the achievement of the Foundation’s core functions and mission. So…
This position is 0.6 FTE with flexible working hours. It is based in North Melbourne, although for now, admin staff are working from home.
Salary is commensurate with experience and skills. PBI salary packaging is available.
