About the opportunity

Reporting into the Head of Content Experience, this role works alongside another content designer, across a diverse range of teams and products.

• Helping make our content awesome, with a focus on writing and improving content for products, UI, promotional pages, emails and tools
• Working collaboratively as a content expert within a cross-functional agile team of designers, UX researchers, developers and product managers
• Improving the way we bring content to life online, by supporting a new design system with content at its core

About you

You have experience working as a digital content producer, editor or copywriter.

You’ve either worked with UX designers and researchers, or want to learn and transition into that space.

You love making all kinds of content better, including how things work behind the scenes. You're passionate about voice, tone and language, and have an intuitive grasp of grammar.

You’ve worked with, and have a solid understanding of how content translates from designs into a CMS.

You’re flexible, empathetic and comfortable taking initiative to influence outcomes.

Technical skills

• A portfolio of work demonstrating experience with relevant content types (things like UI and navigational elements, email journeys, promotional content, marketing pages, and notifications).
• Solid understanding of content strategy, SEO, accessibility & UX fundamentals
• Experience using and improving content structure, working within content management systems (CMS)
• High-level grammar, editing and copywriting skills
• Experience working with and applying user centred design principles in a content-driven workplace
