The Industry Education Specialist provides subject matter expertise and advice on design and installation requirements for consumer energy resources, electrical safety, and various state and national regulations.
Working closely with both the Education Team and Industry Teams, you will aid in the development and review of educational resources, support learning management system development with technical resources and provide technical expertise in the development of policy work.
The role will uphold consumer protection while sharing knowledge with industry participants – installers, designers, retailers and manufacturers/agents. The role has a great understanding of the schemes across each state and how it impacts participants.
This is a full-time, 12-month temporary position working 76 hours per fortnight (1 FTE).
We're looking for someone who has experience working as an accredited PV / Stand-alone Power System / Battery designer and / or installer and providing technical and educational advice in various forms.
