About the Role

The Reporting & Data Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Clean Energy Council’s data analytics and reporting program in order to maximise the value of the organisations data assets and provide valuable business insights. Specifically the role will:

  • Partner with functional leaders and other stakeholders to understand the data assets and business metrics across the organisation.
  • Lead the design and implementation of data models, tools and methodologies to enable effective data gathering from multiple sources.
  • Lead the design and implementation of reporting frameworks across the organisation that deliver high quality, user friendly reporting dashboards and data visualisation tools.
  • Analyse, interpret and present data that identifies business insights and measures performance to inform strategic decision making, service delivery and operational initiatives across the business.
  • Support and drive a business partnership approach by ensuing a culture of data literacy, accountability and responsiveness.

About You

As an experienced data analytics leader, you will have demonstrated experience designing and implementing reporting and analytics frameworks, including partnering with the business to guide and influence the organisation on appropriate data management practices.
You will have strong analytical capability with a high level of proficiency in PowerBI or Tableau (or similar solution) as well as familiarity with SQL reporting software. You will have exceptional stakeholder and change management skills and will be comfortable presenting data insights and taking the various audiences on the change journey.

You will be a natural problem solver with a high level of commercial acumen and strong project planning and time management skills.
