Climate 200

1 day left to apply

We’re seeking an experienced and energetic Executive Assistant with exceptional organisational skills to join our team. You will provide support and report directly to the Executive Director of Climate 200 by assisting with various tasks.

We need an efficient, confident, and highly skilled career EA who can seamlessly adapt to our dynamic environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a proven track record of excellence, we'd love to hear from you.

Who we are

Climate 200 helps level the playing field for independent community campaigns committed to science-based climate action, restoring integrity to politics, and gender equality. Climate 200 has supported the election of over a dozen community independents since 2019 at state and federal levels, and has helped turn a raft of seats marginal — putting climate, integrity and gender equality front and centre of politics.

Climate 200 has an even bigger vision for the next Federal Election, which will require our small, high-performing team to achieve significant fundraising, campaigning and strategic communications goals.

About the position

The Executive Assistant will be a key member of Climate 200’s executive team, providing confidential administrative support to the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, supporting the smooth operation of the organisation. Responsibilities may vary from day to day and include:

  • Diary management and prioritisation, email triaging, travel arrangements, and meeting and event coordination
  • Responsive administrative support for the organisation (e.g. supporting staff to get clearance of work by the ED and COO, organisational events, and on and off-boarding)
  • Liaison with stakeholders and donors

Our team values

At Climate 200 we strive to be agile and high-performing while being kind and having fun.

  • Experience providing a similar executive support role.

  • Experience using Google suite, Slack, Monday.com and CRMs.
  • Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Ability to use initiative and forward plan
