  • Location: CMY Carlton Office (During COVID-19 restrictions, this role may require you to work from home)

About the Role

The Sector Development Officer (CMY194) is responsible for developing and delivering training and resources, including eLearning modules, tailored to the varying needs of target audiences. This includes initial training, booster training and update training, delivered face to face and online, as well as the development of training modules using Articulate 360 eLearning software.

You will have

Essential

  1. Demonstrated experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of training to volunteers and or professionals. In addition, experience in the delivery of training in the education sector;
  2. Demonstrated experience in the development of training and training related resources for web-based and on-line formats, including E-Learning modules. Experience in using Articulate 360 software and Moodle.
  3. Experience in project and training event coordination including well-developed organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to plan and coordinate an effective work program, meet deadlines and deliver training events;
  4. Excellent project and stakeholder management skills; including the ability to communicate effectively with new and existing project partners and diverse and multiple stakeholders;

Desirable

  1. Experience in working in the community, youth, Indigenous, educational or multicultural sectors.
