About the role:

This integral role is an ongoing full-time (38 hours per week) position, located in our modern and centrally located Pall Mall Bendigo office.

The Administration Supervisor is a key member of the Corporate Services team, they are responsible for the day-to-day reception and administrative activities of the organisation, ensuring compliance obligations are achieved and supporting information management across CNV. With a keen focus on continuous improvement and customer service, this position effectively contributes to valued and quality administration services across CNV.

To be considered for this position you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring a client focused, service delivery team.
  • Sound experience in managing priorities, maintaining efficient systems, and processes.
  • Proven experience in ensuring legislative, regulatory, and organisational compliance within key areas of responsibility.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of reviewing, creating, and implementing improved administrative procedures to support organisational efficiency.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including SharePoint, One Drive, and Teams (or similar).
