A fixed term Adolescent Family Violence Practitioner opportunity has arisen at the Centre for Non-Violence within the Making It Right program.
The Making It Right program is a new specialist therapeutic, trauma informed intervention for young people who are using violence against their parents or parent figures, and/or family members, with the main objectives of reducing the incidence of adolescent family violence, intervening early, increasing the safety of all family members, and repairing relationships.
The position is a part time opportunity working 30.4 hours per week (0.8 FTE) which is funded until 30 June 2022 to address issues impacting the family and their relationships. The specific service provision will include:
