Our Opportunity

As the IT HelpDesk Supervisor, you will

  • Be the first point of contact for level 1 and 2 IT services and user access provisioning
  • take pride with leading and co-ordinating the team resources, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of issues, incidents, and requests, including hands on resolution
  • take the lead in formulating and implementing effective processes, including supporting documentation

Who you'll be working with

You will lead a small team with an IT Access Support Officer (part time) whilst working in a wider IT team that includes a System Admin and a Technology Manager. This role will be a direct report to our GM, Digital Transformation, Governance & Assurance. You will be in an environment where you can constantly learn and share information.

A Bit About You

To truly thrive in this role, you will have:

  • 4+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience supporting L1 & L2 tickets for applications based on Office 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
  • Great attention to details.
  • An ability to effectively identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Experience with Sharepoint, ITIL Framework, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP and Desktop Support
