About the role

The role of IFS Specialist Team Support (STS) is to provide day to day operational and practice leadership to the IFS team. The STS is responsible for developing and fostering a cohesive, supportive, and positive working experience for all staff members and for promoting safe and effective work with families who use our service. Please refer to the Position Description for more information.

Your duties include:

• Provide supervision and day to day case and practice support to team members
• Undertake secondary consultations where applicable
• Cultivate strong connections and networks with internal stakeholders and external service delivery partners

Our ideal candidate:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications related to Social Work, Psychology, or a similar field
• Demonstrated experience supervising and coaching staff to deliver quality outcomes, lifting performance when necessary
• Victorian Driver's License
