The role of IFS Specialist Team Support (STS) is to provide day to day operational and practice leadership to the IFS team. The STS is responsible for developing and fostering a cohesive, supportive, and positive working experience for all staff members and for promoting safe and effective work with families who use our service. Please refer to the Position Description for more information.
