The Role:

Are you a passionate Workplace Programs Specialist, keen to make a difference in the Family Domestic Violence sector? If so, we have just the role for you in our White Ribbon Australia Team!

The Senior Workplace Programs Specialist oversees the design, development, and delivery of workplace accreditation and training programs. This position is integral to strengthening gender equality, respectful relationships, safety, and support within workplaces and communities.

Through the provision of values-based leadership, the Senior Workplace Programs Specialist:

  • Leads collaboration with the community engagement team to ensure programs meet stakeholder needs and build capacity effectively.
  • Drives the delivery of quality programs by identifying and implementing initiatives to improve both service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provides leadership oversight to the workplace assessment panel and fosters strong stakeholder relations, both internally and externally, to uphold the organisation's mission and values.

This position is offered to on a 12-month fixed term full time basis (parental leave), working 76 hours per fortnight. This position is on a work from home basis with the option to work remotely from WA, QLD, NSW, or VIC.

Selection Criteria

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as social work, community development, or social policy or equivalent work-based experience.
  • Demonstrated experienced in a senior role leading the delivery of services and programs.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role managing customer accounts.
  • A strong understanding of primary prevention theory and relevant frameworks and how it relates to the work of White Ribbon Australia.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Advanced communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships and alliances with individuals and groups
  • Advanced people management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel inter and intra state on a semi-regular basis.
  • Satisfactory Police clearance (not older than 6 months from the issue date)
  • Unrestricted drivers’ licence
  • Working With Children Check
