It provides training and employment opportunities to people who need it the most, in work that cleans up, benefits and protects the environment. It runs an award-winning sustainable permaculture farm and provides Ethical Labour Hire and Zero Waste Services to progressive businesses, organisations and councils.
Casual - the majority of our current bush regeneration work is based in Western Sydney, in the Liverpool area.
This is a unique opportunity for someone experienced in bush regeneration and is ready to share their expertise with others. The Team Leader will coordinate, supervise and coach groups of supported staff (largely young people and former refugees and asylum seekers) in the delivery of bush regeneration, rehabilitation and revegetation works in the Western Sydney area.

Conditions of employment will be guided by the Gardening and Landscaping Award but remuneration is an above award rate. As a not-for-profit, you can also increase your take-home pay through salary packaging benefits.
