The Role:

We are seeking three non-executive Directors to join CCA’s Board. As Directors, you will be responsible for guiding our organisation, managing risk, providing financial oversight, and overseeing management. Our Board meets ten times a year, either in Parramatta or remotely. Directors may also serve on Board Committees.

Applicants:

• Must be committed to CCA’s vision, purpose, and values.

• Should have a good understanding of the non-profit sector.

• Have extensive experience with financial management at a senior level and / or business management with strategic finance experience.
