Community Kinders Plus Inc. is an early years management organisation that is responsible for the enrolments and service delivery at 27 kindergartens across three councils. We're a not for profit that prides itself on providing high quality early education.

About the role

We are seeking experienced and professional Early Childhood Teachers, Diploma and Certificate 111 Educators to join our team at Community Kinders Plus for 2025.

There are various positions available across the suburbs of Carrum Downs, Mornington, Frankston, Seaford North, Martha, Somers, Tyabb, Crib Point and Mt Eliza.

You must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, organised, have strong social skills and be able to be part of a collaborative, dynamic team environment.

The successful candidates will be required to;

• Work cooperatively as a member of a team and lead or assist with the development and provision of a high-quality kindergarten program for the children.
• Operate in a professional manner at all times, meeting the requirements of the Department of Education and Training (DET) Victorian kindergarten policy, procedures and funding criteria, the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010, Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011, and functions in line with approved policies, procedures and the Quality Improvement Plan of the service in which you work.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external liaisons.
• Promote early childhood education, the kindergarten and Community Kinders Plus.
