The position of Head of Marketing exists to develop and implement strategic campaigns and initiatives that increase brand awareness, conversion, and engagement across multiple channels and partnerships.
The role is required to lead, coach, and mentor a team of marketing professionals committed to amplifying Compassion’s Mission through a supporter-centric marketing approach. The position reports to the Executive Director: Neighbour Experience.
