This is an exciting opportunity supporting the CEO and the Chief Medical Officer in a large Aboriginal Controlled Health Service. If you have experience working as an Executive Assistant and are highly efficient then this is the job for you!
The Executive Assistant provides high level secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Office, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Chief Medical Officer Public Health. This position requires high level administrative skills, particularly minute taking skills, high level word processing, and excellent time management and work planning skills plus a very good knowledge of corporate procedures.
The position sits in the Executive Office and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Chief Medical Officer Public Health (CMOPH). With the approval of the CEO and at the request of the Governance Support Officer the position will at times assist with support to our Congress Board and internal and external stakeholders.
*Total effective package includes: base salary, district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax saving from salary packaging options.
