Connecting Home is a dedicated, culturally-safe support service for the Stolen Generations across South-Eastern Australia.

We are seeking a new Case Manager to join our Case Management team, which provides tailored assistance to Stolen Generations and their families in accessing services such as counselling, assistance with housing, service referrals, legal aid, education support and with establishing family connections.

We are looking for an experienced and effective Case Manager with an understanding and appreciation of trauma informed care. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a strong and respected track record of working closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People.

We offer competitive salary (SCHADS 4 level 3) along with other benefits including salary package and excellent leave entitlements.

The role is primarily office based. Role could be part-time (0.8FTE) or full-time.
