Consent Labs are a youth-led a not-for-profit organisation focused on prevention through education. Working with over 100,000 people across Australia to deliver evidence-based, youth-led consent and respectful relationships education. We strive to empower young people and their communities to change the culture around sexual violence.

What we're looking for:
- Great facilitation and communication skills. Previous experience is desirable;
- Someone who enjoys working with young people;
- Availability within school hours (8am-3:30pm, weekdays); and
- Reliable team-members, who are responsive and punctual.
What we expect from our team:
- Ideal candidates would have 2-3 days available within schools hours (8am - 3:30pm, weekdays);
- Commitment to the training provided to build your facilitation skills and knowledge around consent. This includes commitment to orientation (January 2025), training in the lead up to workshops and regular upskilling during school holiday periods;
- Take ongoing responsibility for your mental health before and after workshops, with the support of Consent Labs;
- Are engaged and responsive, including signing up to shifts in a timely manner;
- Hold, or are willing to gain a valid NSW employed Working With Children Check; and
- Although not a prerequisite for the role, ideal applicants would have access to a car and hold a valid drivers license.
