About the Role

Join a dedicated, established team focused on client satisfaction and well-being. We're seeking a client-centred, engaging professional with a talent for connecting with clients and their families . This role within our Lifestyles division will involve the acquisition of new clients, managing their end to end relationships including following up enquiries, onboarding and liaising with internal teams to facilitate a seamless experience for the client. Through comprehensive training and resources, you'll be equipped to ensure a positive client experience by identifying the best CPA services to support each individual's unique needs.

This newly created role within CPA's Lifestyles division offers the chance to shape its direction and make a lasting impact while you advance within the organisation. Responsibilities of the role

• Client Relations: Conduct meetings to understand and address client needs, develop customised CPA service packages, and manage the intake and funding processes.
• Business Development: Engage with potential clients and help to shape and evolve our programs and services to align with their needs
• Relationship Building & Networking: Build relationships with community organisations and referral sources to enhance our reach and better serve our clients' needs.

About you

• Disability, Care sector or Lived Experience is highly regarded
• Experience in client/customer engagement and focus on client/customer satisfaction
• Passionate, enthusiastic and client-centred approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
