These exciting casual based Outreach roles will see you work across various locations in Newcastle and Hunter region.

So what's the job all about?

Our person-centred approach to care involves assisting clients on a daily basis with the many and varied activities . Depending on your client's specific requirements you might be creating a delicious meal together, tackling a fun board game, enjoying a leisurely walk to the shops or relaxing with a favourite show!

Your duties will include:

• Supporting clients to engage and participate in their local community through Community programs and recreational activities.
• Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent.
• Building positive relationships with our clients.
• Providing personal care such as toileting, showering, feeding, and dressing where required.

Role requirements

• NSW Driver's License minimum P2.
• Demonstrated commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs or our unique clients.
• Live locally in Newcastle or surrounding areas.
• Flexibility to work day shifts, preferably 3 week days and a weekend day.
