You will have comprehensive training throughout your orientation, with ongoing learning and development. We invest $5,000 in training in your first year.

This includes:

• Specialist training opportunities.
• Buddy shifts with CPA's experienced Disability Support Workers.

Your duties will include:

• Delivering personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling.
• Motivating clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent.
• Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars.

Requirements:

• Pervious experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
• A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum).
• Local to the areas mentioned above.
