About the role

The Employee Communications Executive is responsible for the execution and delivery of employee communication support, content development and campaigns across CPA's internal (employee) audience. The role provides guidance and solutions supporting the Employee Communications team to deliver a consistent employee communications experience engaging with CPA's managers and employees, building and maintaining networks.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):

  • Managing employee communications mailboxes & feedback channels
  • Scheduling Employee Comms led activities prioritising strategic programs of work to build employees' understanding of, and engagement with, company strategy and narrative
  • Executing biweekly internal employee bulletin to ensure correct tone, breadth of compelling content, and timely delivery
  • Writing and editing compelling content for CPA communications channels
  • Supporting the coordination and execution of strategic communications
  • Coordinating monthly reporting on content and channels

About you:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong ability to communicate and influence a range of stakeholders and cross functional teams
  • Excel at collaboration, listening, and self-management, setting priorities effectively
  • High level of problem solving skills and creative thinking
  • Strong capabilities in creating, editing, and publishing content across various formats
  • Demonstrated ability to produce content that drives engagement and reach
