The receptionist will be the face of CPA Kingswood and be an attentive, adaptive person with excellent communication and organisational skills. The role will include managing all reception duties, supporting the therapy and Client Services team, as well as contributing to the day-to-day planning and running of the site.
This is a permanent full time position, Monday to Friday. You will sit at Reception and be the welcoming face of our CPA Kingswood site, strong relationship building skills will be essential for this role.
The Kingswood team is made up of 17 staff including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists as well as a dedicated client engagement team and Manager.
Kingswood is a highly innovative, experienced, supportive, and social team who provides intervention in our numerous therapy rooms, as well as operating an organisation funded baby clinic to support children under 2 at risk of Cerebral Palsy. The team are supported to develop, facilitate and engage in intensives, groups, and programs that support client and therapist interest and need.
At CPA the safety of our staff and clients is of paramount importance. We have assessed this role type as requiring a low level of physical functionality with some inherent requirements.
