We are looking for an experienced, creative, and passionate leader wanting to become a key member of our Lifestyles leadership team, by managing one of our day service centres in Sydney's North Shore.
Reporting to the Operations Manager Lifestyles, you will be responsible for leading a group of team leaders and disability support practitioners to deliver essential support, as well as engaging programs and experiences, to people with a disability. You will also have an admin assistant and supported employee in your team.
The Site Manager role is varied, rewarding and challenging, with responsibility for the complete management of the service. This includes quality service management of our clients, staff management & development, innovation in service delivery, ability to evaluate the service and make improvements, exploration of expansion & growth opportunities of the service offering, strong collaboration ability with other lifestyles service leaders, running engaging programs and activities, liaising with families, budget management, incident reporting, rostering and stakeholder management.
CPA's Lifestyles service provides a range of centre and community-based services primarily to adults with cerebral palsy and other disabilities, promoting community participation and integration. The role is in St Ives, with occasional travel to our other sites in the Upper Northshore and Northern Beaches area.
