A fantastic opportunity exists to join Cerebral Palsy Alliance in a twelve month position as the Therapy Manager of the Prairiewood team. This opportunity is a result of a number of internal promotions throughout the organisation, and we are hopeful that the 12 month opportunity could be extended for a successful candidate.

You will be leading a team of 20 at our Prairiewood site, including a multidisciplinary team working with a divers caseload. Paediatric clients form the majority of our caseload at Prairiewood, and we are a highly innovative, experienced, supportive, and social team. The facility has numerous therapy rooms, as well as an organisation funded baby clinic to support children under 2 at risk of Cerebral Palsy.
In this role you will be supported not only by the Regional Manager (to whom the position reports) but by a network of therapy managers across CPA, and in particular the three other South West Sydney therapy managers. You will also have access to various modes of leadership training including online courses and face to face sessions facilitated by Regional Managers, internal business partners and external subject matter experts.
The position is site-based, with the opportunity to work from home one/day per week once settled in the role. There will also be days spent at head office in Allambie (Sydney) on occasion.
Clinical Allied Health background is essential.
