About the role

In this role, you will be providing input to CPA's Workday product roadmap, and will be responsible for working with the business to scope, configure and successfully implement new/enhanced business processes and reports, monitoring process performance to ensure effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement, and investigating and resolving complex support requests within agreed service level agreement times.

This is a fixed term contract until 5th May 2025.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):

  • Providing functional expertise and input to the CPA Workday product roadmap to maximise system value to the business
  • Consulting with business representatives to understand and document existing and future-state business processes and report requirements
  • Configuring/building, testing and deploying business processes and reports to ensure successful end-to-end implementation
  • Working with business, change and project teams (as required) to implement changes and embed new and enhanced processes
  • Investigating and assessing complex support requests to determine the appropriate resolution pathway
  • Establishing and managing critical Workday master data to ensure accuracy

About you:

  • Hands-on expertise with Workday Recruiting/HCM configuration, customisation, and testing
  • System business process and reporting functional expert
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships internally and externally
