• Full time/part time-12 Month fixed term contract
• Salary Range: $87,784 to $106,764, depending on experience

The role

This role is located in one of our Organising teams ,reporting to the Lead Organiser, you will provide strategic industrial advice on the significant collective matters affecting CSA members.

The successful applicant will have fantastic written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret industrial instruments, legislation and policy.

Key functions of the role

• Negotiate Industrial Agreements.
• Investigate, research, and negotiate industrial matters on behalf of members.
• Provide advice and assistance to members and the team in the process of resolving disputes.
• Represent the Union and its members in the Industrial Relations Commissions.
