CREATE is seeking a Community Facilitator for our new Cairns office. We offer great entitlements including Salary Sacrificing, an additional 3 days Board Leave per annum on top of the 4 weeks annual leave. We’ll also contribute to re location expenses should you be an out of towner.

The Community Facilitator is essentially a change agent who facilitates engagement with children and young people. Connecting them to each other, their community and CREATE through active participation in CREATE’s programs and activities. The successful applicants will have a degree in Social Work, Human Services, Social Science or relevant field with at least 12 months experience in the out of home care sector.
