Community Services Directorate (CSD) is seeking applications for an Assistant Director in the Office for Women to lead work to develop relevant policy frameworks and/or develop and implement programs to support women, girls and gender diverse people in the ACT.

The Assistant Director role supports the Director, Office for Women and/or the Senior Director, Office for Women and Youth Engagement. The Assistant Director will be responsible for overseeing policy development and/or program development and implementation, preparing documents to support ACT Government briefing, reporting and budget processes and supporting high-level decision making. The role requires highly developed written and verbal communication skills, as well as effective interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. This role includes staff supervision.
