We provide priority access to those most at risk of health inequalities and those that may face barriers to accessing traditional health services.
Your Community Health is seeking an enthusiastic General Practitioner - Trans and Gender Diverse Health, to join the Medical Services team.
The General Practitioner will work as part of a unique and exciting health initiative; providing LGBTIQ+ inclusive health care, with a focus on Trans and Gender Diverse affirmative health care services that reflect and serve the needs of community.
Your passion and commitment will see you provide quality primary care, sexual health and gender affirming medical services for people who identify as LGBTIQ+, including:
Mentoring and additional training in LGBTIQ+ inclusive and Trans and Gender Diverse affirmative health care is provided.
With fantastic management to support you, you will join a dedicated, supportive and talented multidisciplinary team of General Practitioners, Peer Navigators and Practice Nurses. We are committed to professional development and value work-life balance. Our clinic is in a great location in Preston, with onsite parking, close to shops and cafes.
