As the oldest, most trusted disability service in Alice Springs – and the only truly local one – Casa Services has been proudly delivering quality, community-based support to people with disabilities for more than 40 years. Casa Services offer a variety of services tailored to the unique needs of their clients as they navigate through the NDIS process. They have grown from a small, determined group of Alice Springs parents and volunteers who wanted their children and other adults with disabilities to have the same rights to work, independence and social connection as everyone else.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the NDIS Manager will embody Casa’s commitment to its mission of empowering each person in their care to reach their potential. The position will have responsibility for ensuring that participants receive the support and care they need to lead fulfilling and independent lives within the community, evidenced-based practice and service delivery across Casa.

Fundamental to success in this role will be the seamless ability to build strong relationships and engagement internally and externally and identify opportunities that enhance services to their clients. You will have a depth of experience leading teams and managing the day-to-day accountability for budgets, NDIS compliance and regulatory frameworks. You will be a confident, proven, and effective leader with a track record in a service based or community organisation and be passionate about improving outcomes for clients and families in the Alice Springs region.
