The Role

As our Programs Manager, you will lead and manage our Programs and Services Division. Your key purpose will be to drive the operational delivery of our program streams—Youth Services, Children & Families and Pathways to Work, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, and continuously improving our impact in the community.
