About the role

Digi Youth Arts is growing rapidly and is now searching for new Board Members for our Indigenous Majority led Board. Candidates must be enthusiastic about young people, Indigenous arts and outcomes, mentoring and growth of young people, and ideally have a background in bring law, arts governance, and/or fundraising and development to complement and expand our current Board skill set.

  • Current Board Size: 4-7
  • Frequency of Board Meetings: Every two months
  • Scheduling of Board Meetings: Evenings
  • Mode of Board Meetings: Hybrid - in person*, online/dial-in
  • Area of Expertise Being Sought: Advocacy / Government Relations, Business Development / Social Enterprise, Fundraising, Media / Communications / Public Relations

*Digi Youth Arts is based in South East Queensland, and Board meetings take place in Magandjin / Brisbane.
