POSITION: ReNew Team Leader (Full-time / Part-time / Casual Positions available)

As a ReNew Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supervising our team members and ensuring the delivery of services at the highest standard. If you have a passion for garden maintenance, relevant industry experience, and a commitment to fostering positive social impact, we want to hear from you.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Planning, coordinating, and delivering gardening and property maintenance services
  • Ensuring the quality of work aligns with ReNew's processes and standards
  • Providing on-the-job training and guidance to Youth Employees
  • Exercising discretion and expertise in your role
  • Monitoring workflow, setting priorities, and maintaining high work standards
  • Offering expert advice and support to employees and volunteers

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in garden or property maintenance
  • General Tree works experience is highly recommended
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with diverse groups, including individuals with disabilities and mental health issues
  • Strong commitment to safe work practices
  • High level of personal work standards and physical fitness
  • Enjoyment of outdoor work

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Driver’s license
  • Working With Children Check
  • Candidates with Chainsaw Ticket or reticulation, and tree works experience will be highly regarded.
  • Softscaping experience, Basic Traffic Management Ticket, experience in working with at-risk youth or previous Team Leader experience also desireable
