The Opportunity

As the Land Tenure and Agreements Manager, you will provide Land Tenure, Aboriginal Heritage, Land access and Housing Management Agreements and Native Title advice in relation to remote and town-based Aboriginal communities in regional Western Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • managing and administering the formation and negotiation of Community Land Access Agreements for the implementation of Construction and Infrastructure projects, and 
  • managing the negotiation and maintenance of Housing Management Agreements.

You will lead a team providing and supporting housing-related services to Aboriginal communities. You will have frequent opportunities to travel to regional and remote Western Australia to work closely with Aboriginal people and organisations to negotiate agreements that respond to their housing-related priorities.
