Permanent and fixed term employment is payable $108,048 - $115,993 pa pro rata + Super - PSCSAA 2024 including 30% commuted allowance.
All casuals receive an additional 25% loading allowance on the base salary and penalty rates may apply.
The vision for Therapeutic Residential Care in Western Australia is to provide a safe and stable home for young people that enables them to heal, connect, learn, and be prepared for their adult lives.
As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible coordinating assessment and residential plans for assigned children and young people, supervising Residential Care Workers in all matters impacting on the therapeutic care of children and young people, providing a high standard of therapeutic care consistent with the program objectives, and completing administrative duties including recording, computer data entry and preparation of reports.
