Destiny Rescue Australia is looking for a talented telephone genius to connect with supporters, churches, and businesses. About Us

Destiny Rescue is an Internationally recognised Christian based, non-profit organisation dedicated to rescuing children from sexual exploitation and human trafficking and helping them stay free. We currently are operating various programs across Asia, Africa and Latin America.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
  • Identify donors ’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage donors by taking the extra mile.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our Salesforce database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Ensure donor information systems and records are current.
  • Administer support for head office operations.

Key Result Areas

  • Support donor’s relationship with Destiny Rescue.
  • Connect with different environments eg, government, corporate, volunteers, and supporters to bolster Destiny Rescue’s mission.
  • Use the database (Salesforce) in accordance with the role.
  • Meeting own personal KPIs.
  • Handle inbound enquiries for Destiny Rescue Head Office
  • Manage personal development to be adequately equipped for marketing activities including extensive knowledge of campaign stories.
  • Be a team player.

Qualifications & experience

  • Previous experience in a customer and administrative support role
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
  • A current Drivers Licence
