Destiny Rescue is an Internationally recognised, Christian based, non-profit organisation dedicated to rescuing children from sexual exploitation and human trafficking and helping them stay free. We currently are operating various programs across Asia, Africa and Latin America.

We are looking for an administrative assistant to support our national Partnerships Team. The candidate should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers. An ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.

This role is based in Sydney as a hybrid role, partly working from home and partly in the Chatswood office and will report to the NSW Team Leader. You will be responsible for providing administrative, Salesforce and event support to the NSW and VIC teams to assist with fundraising activity.

Qualifications & experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven administrative experience
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
• Aptitude for learning new software and systems
• A current Drivers Licence

Tasks & responsibilities

• Conduct and present research to facilitate Partnership Managers (PM) activities.
• Manage organisation information systems and calendars relating to PM activities and donor milestones.
• Plan, organise, and schedule company meetings in the office, off-site, and via videoconference
• Coordinate domestic and any international travel arrangements for PMs
• Provide database and system support for PM activities
• Collaborate and support team activities
