ABOUT THE ROLE

The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager in achieving the deliverables of the Victorian Governments All-Abilities Workforce and Sector Support Program. This program aims to grow, educate and upskill the sport and active recreation workforce and provide more opportunities for people with disability to participate in sport and active recreation, including paid and volunteer roles in regional Victoria.

Project Coordination will include supporting project timelines and milestones, liaising with key stakeholders, assisting with meetings and co-design groups and general program administration.

The role is part-time, 3 days per week.

ABOUT YOU

You are an organised and proactive individual with a passion for delivering projects on time and within scope. You hold strong communication and interpersonal skills and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Whether you're managing timelines, resources, or documentation, you're committed to ensuring that projects run smoothly and achieve their intended goals.

You have 2+ years of experience in community, sport or education programming, project coordination, program administration or a related field and have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
