For over 40 years, Diamond Valley Learning Centre (DVLC) has transformed lives through creating educational opportunities for the people of the Banyule/Nillumbik region and the wider precinct not served by mainstream education: women returning to work, immigrants, at-risk youth and older citizens. DVLC is considered to be a thriving hub of activity where people come to learn new skills, meet others and complete courses that enable them to take a new direction in life.

DVLC is not-for-profit charitable organisation, operating as an Adult Learning Centre, a Registered Training Organisation, a Learn Local and a Neighbourhood House.

DVLC is looking for a Compliance Officer (PT) to manage our quality improvement and compliance systems.

Duties in this role include:

• Advising staff on compliance issues and assisting with program and resource development for training programs
• Management of DVLC's compliance schedule to ensure adherence to AQTF and VRQA requirements
• Developing and maintaining continuous improvement plans, schedules, quality control and version control of documents relating to RTO compliance
• Developing processes, policies and procedures to ensure high quality training and assessment, and comply with AQTF and contractual requirements
• Coordinating internal and external audits, resource development, extensions of scope and funding applications
• Ensure DVLC is complying with all funding contracts and State & Federal legislation.
