About the Role:

We are searching for a compassionate and skilled professional to work closely with individuals, families, and care providers to develop and implement evidence-based, person-centred positive behavioural support plans. This role will allow you to utilize your expertise in behavioural support, develop strong relationships, and see firsthand the difference your work makes in people’s lives.  

About You 

• Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work. 
• Experience in Positive Behaviour Support and understanding of person-centred frameworks. 
• Ability to engage with clients and support networks compassionately and effectively. 
• Strong analytical skills to assess behaviours and create effective intervention strategies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct thorough behavioural assessments and design tailored support plans. 
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated support. 
• Train and empower families, carers, and support staff to implement strategies. 
• Review and evaluate individual progress and adjust strategies as needed.
