As the Administration Officer you will provide support in the administration operations of EACH’s AOD Rehabilitation Program, in line with EACH policy and procedures. You will achieve this through your demonstrated experience and expertise in administration duties and in your ability to work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team including counsellors and support workers to deliver best practice services to residents.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain excellent customer relations and services for clients and the community.
  • Create a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and contractors.
  • Monitor and register all visitors entering and leaving the program site.
  • Act as site liaison for health, safety, and wellbeing, ensuring emergency processes are followed and maintenance requests are addressed.
  • Manage shared inboxes and respond to enquiries promptly.
  • Conduct audits and review local policies in accordance with organisational policies.
  • Handle telephone calls and messages professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with database management and report production.
  • Manage basic financial record keeping, including invoicing and resident payments.
  • Manage program resources, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure efficient operation of office and IT equipment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated high level computer skills, with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relevant Certificate IV or above in a administrative-related discipline (e.g., business administration or similar)
  • Full drivers license and car
