About the Role

We’re seeking enthusiastic Casual Dental Assistants to support our Smile Squad and outreach dental programs across schools and communities in the City of Knox, Maroondah regions, Yarra Ranges, and Lilydale, on the lands of the Wurundjeri, Boon Wurrung, and Bunurong Peoples.

From working in our fully equipped mobile dental vans to our state-of-the-art clinics in Ringwood and Ferntree Gully, you’ll help deliver exceptional care while brightening the lives of Victorian students.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients and school communities.
• Ensure a hygienic clinical environment by adhering to infection prevention and control protocols.
• Sterilise and maintain dental instruments to industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting (required).
• Experience with current dental practices.
• Cert IV in Oral Health Education or Sterilisation (highly desirable).
