As a Support and Engagement Coordinator, you will manage a designated case load with a mix of individual clients and the Community and Management of SRS (Supported Residential Services) facilities. Services are delivered flexibly, both in the community and within the facility, and can be tailored to individual needs, either 1:1 or in groups.
