The role

The Community Development Adviser will play an important role providing secretariat, development planning and policy/program advice and services to support an Aboriginal-led development agenda in the East Kimberley.

About you

You will have a proven record of facilitation, community development planning and/or program design and management; excellent organisational and administrative skills; good communication and analytical abilities; relevant experience working on reform initiatives with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people would be an advantage.
