An opportunity exists for an experienced and talented Executive Assistant to join the ECCV to manage its executive services, working with the Leadership Team and Board to ensure that the organisation delivers on its purpose of being a leading voice for culturally diverse Victorians.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Leadership Team, the role interfaces with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant is responsible for administering the engagement of ECCV’s senior representatives while also coordinating the governance functions of the organisation. The position works closely with the Leadership Team to deliver on strategic operational priorities and plans for the ECCV.

The position is part-time (0.6 FTE) and remunerated at Level 6 of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010. The role may be worked over 3-5 days and is open to negotiation.
