Are you passionate about making a difference in community care? Do you thrive on leading teams and building connections? Job Pathways is seeking a dynamic Care Services Hub Coordinator to join our Wayfinder team in the beautiful East Kimberley region!

The role:

As our Care Services Hub Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of transforming lives. You'll manage our Support Hub, lead a dedicated team of mentors, and forge vital links between job seekers and the care sector.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of our Wayfinder Support Hub
• Lead and inspire a team of Support Mentors
• Engage with local businesses to create job opportunities
• Nurture a workforce incubator for the care sector
• Track progress and report on outcomes

Desired qualifications

• 2+ years in community services or care sector
• Qualifications in Community Development, Social Work, or related fields (preferred)
• Knowledge of NDIS and related policies
• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities (preferred)

Essential checks and licences

• Current C Class driver's license and willingness to travel around the Kimberley
• National police check (done in the last 6 months)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
