Eldercare is a leading not-for-profit aged care and retirement living provider in South Australia with over 1500 employees. Our workplace culture embraces teamwork, innovation and a dedication to our purpose of delivering peace of mind with our care.
The Aged Care Trainee – Care Assistant - Palliative Care will provide direct care in a dignified and respectful manner to Eldercare’s residents under supervision. We are seeking attentive individuals who enjoy interacting, working with, and assisting people. You will be committed to delivering person-centred care.
Throughout traineeship you will be supported and provided with ongoing mentorship to gain the necessary knowledge and skills required to be a well-equipped Care Assistant, a position in high demand across the aged care industry. As well as on-the-job placement, you will be paid to attend a training provider to complete your formal Certificate III qualification.

Eldercare encourages you to apply if you are a committed and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes whilst modelling the behaviours underpinning Eldercare's values of respect, accountability and connection.
