About the role
The Team Assistant role is pivotal to ensuring that electro: delivers on client outcomes and thrives as a high-performing firm.
Responsibilities include:
- Weekly briefing sessions with the Founder, ensuring she knows where she needs to be, when, and is prepared for each engagement.
- Strategically coordinating team calendars for internal and external meetings, preparing agenda documents, and maximising team and client time.
- Managing client digital files.
- Writing letters, completing forms, managing spreadsheets, assisting with project planning, and updating task lists.
- Ensuring invoices are paid on time, accounting-related filing, and updating of records.
- Ordering and distribution of supplies as needed.
- Event design and coordination - from meetings to workshops, we want our clients to have a fun and inspiring experience!
- Booking travel and accommodation as required.
- Designing clever workflows and systems to enhance the operations of an agile and high-performing firm.
- Contributing to the growth of the firm through collaborating with the team to think about commercial opportunities.
- If you have Canva and design skills - assisting with presentations and creating creative assets/tools.
- Other responsibilities as required.
We're open to a range of experience and qualifications - provided you can demonstrate you have the skills we are looking for. While this is a casual role and we are flexible, availability on Friday's would be ideal to take part in our team meetings.
