Role
Are you a digital marketing and/or community fundraising professional looking to develop your project management skills and learn in a collaborative, dynamic team environment?
This is your opportunity to harness your passion for fundraising, showcase your digital experience, and build your account management skills.
This role would suit someone eager to learn and take their career to the next level, whilst working with charities that are making a real impact in our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, helping to plan, implement, and optimise digital fundraising events and appeals.
- Assist with the development of creative strategies and the creation of new event concepts.
- Curate content, implementing campaigns across multiple digital channels (social media, search, email, and SMS marketing), and ensuring campaign budgets are adhered to.
- Coordinate multiple projects and timelines whilst effectively building client relationships.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis with high attention to detail and provide useful insights into results.
- Brief in-house designers to create effective and innovative designs that bring our campaigns to life.
- Contribute to learnings and development, involving researching and analysing sector trends and innovation.
- Take ownership of your work and enjoy getting involved to push the boundaries, innovate, leverage opportunities, and deliver results.
Key Skills required:
- 2-3 years experience working in digital marketing, account management, or project management with experience in Facebook advertising and/or email/donor journeys preferred.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills with the ability to maintain and build client relationships.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and experience interacting with stakeholders.
- Proven track record in challenging the status quo while being data-driven.
- Confidence and ability to contribute to projects with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence.
- Experience in the fundraising/charity industry is favourable.
